We are looking for someone that is excited to join our fast-growing start-up environment. This role will collaborate with team members based in Europe and the US. They will need to be creative, energetic, and ambitious wanting to take on the next step in their career as a Marketing Specialist. As a leader in their department, they will have the opportunity to own the brand's content creation strategy, drive change and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on position that will require leadership skills and strategic thinking to help drive revenue growth by aligning both Organic & Paid social media and partnership strategies and maximize Search Engine coverage and efficiency. They will operate on both a strategic and tactical level, covering all aspects of digital advertising including campaign management, optimization, creative testing, and metrics.


Responsibilities

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll meet the initiative’s strategic needs on your own, experimenting, learning, and adjusting as you go. Along your journey to grow our brand’s audience and reach, you’ll be responsible for:

  • the execution of marketing programs from start to finish
  • utilizing various channels and segment databases
  • strategic recommendations on marketing tactics
  • evaluating the impact of marketing programs
  • content creation
  • advertisements
  • conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
  • liaising with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • collaborating with other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  • planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)
  • analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • SEO organic & paid search (blogs, forums)
  • undertaking individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Analytical. Organized. Results Driven. You get things done.
  • Startup-ready. Not looking for a slow 9-5.
  • Team-oriented. Problem solver. Cool under pressure.
  • Marketing agency experience is a plus
  • Experience managing the marketing calendar
  • Experience with organic and paid advertisement strategies
  • Experience with Facebook ads, and other Social Media advertisement streams
  • Experience managing and sourcing paid partnerships
  • Ability to analyze google SEO
  • Experience with email drip marketing campaigns
  • Experience using CANVA and other marketing tools
  • Ability to be an executor and put together creatives and copies
  • Ability to constantly test data and performance and make informed decisions and new suggestions
  • Enjoys process improvement and providing new ideas
  • Working with influencers is a plus
  • Experience with referral marketing is a plus
  • Ability to analyze audience to create personas to create customized ads to fit our audience
  • Experience in content creation/copywriting
  • Strategic visionary with the capacity to harness the potential of a growing business and unlimited market opportunities
  • Interested in growing their skills in areas such as digital events, launching brand campaigns, crowdfunding
